About us

Hello, my name is Allie, and I am a 29-year-old mother of two beautiful children, Brantley (7) and Kenzie (4). My children’s father, Justin and I have been together for eight years. We have resided in Bevier for the last six years. Both our children attend Bevier C4. We have one cat (Mama) she showed up as a stray June of this year (2025) she recently had five baby kittens. Mama and her kittens are located outside the home as our children, and I have pet allergies and do not allow them inside our home.  As a family we enjoy spending time outdoors, traveling and yearly beach trips. I began caring for children as a young teenager taking care of my little cousins. I grew a love for this and completed Early Childhood Education in High School. I had the ability to work in infant/toddler rooms, Kindergarten and 1st grade. I had the availability to graduate early in (2013), I then moved to North Carolina for a year taking time off school. When moving back home in (2015) I started working at Preferred Family Healthcare in the billing department. In (2018) I found out I was pregnant with my first child. I decided to leave my job and go back to a daycare center to work as it was a less drive. Once I had my son I stayed home his first year. When I decided to go back to work, I went back to Preferred Family Healthcare where I became a board-certified Substance Abuse Counselor. Last year (2024) when my son entered Kindergarten and being able to attend all the school events and class parties, it really made me see how much I miss being able to interact with children by helping them learn and watching them grow. I’m always being pushed by family to do what makes me happy in whatever that may be. Due to being a full-time working mother herself, I understand the struggles of daycare centers, and in-home daycares being so hard to get into. Therefore, I finally decided to say goodbye to my counseling degree and open my home to those families who need help. I believe I have the experience as well as qualities needed to provide a happy, loving, safe environment in which children can build a positive self-image.
